PositivelyPublic campaign launches across regional schools

newsroom

In the coming fortnight, QPSU and LHMU members will be holding joint members meetings across the state to launch our campaign against contracting out in schools.

This campaign is an important one with massive implications for all school staff in Queensland.

See our campaign website, www.positivelypublic.com, for information about the state government's plan to contract out jobs.

As we have seen, contracting out affects everybody. We can win this campaign, but to win we need everyone involved and sticking together.

The first step is to make sure that as many people as possible get along to the meetings.

Check the details below to find the details for your nearest school meeting.  Meetings in Brisbane and South-East Queensland will be held over the coming weeks - details will be posted later.
